Loving Lately

Spring isn't quite here in cold New Jersey but it's close enough.  The temperatures haven't quite gotten the memo but the birds are starting to chirp so I know it's close!  Spring is my absolute favorite season. As a child I loved the being able to get outside again and getting dolled up for church on Easter Sunday and I guess some things just never leave us.

Spring to me even more so than New Year's,  is a chance to start new in every sense of the word.  I like to freshen up everything around me during this time of year just a little bit, my wardrobe, my home decor and most importantly my outlook.

So, here are few things I am LOVING LATELY.  Feel free to share some of your Spring things in the comment section!

Happy (almost) Spring, mamas!

Bermuda Jean Shorts - Universal Threads ON SALE $15.00

These are such a steal and I'm so impressed by this line for Target, these will be on constant repeat.  These are a looser fit.

Women's Rowan Soft Backpack - Universal Thread $32.99

I actually bought this on an impulse for Disney and assumed I'd be disappointed by the quality but not so.  It's now my new purse.  Again, this line and price point you just cannot beat.  Good job, Target!

Anthropologie Capri Blue Candles- 20% OFF!

I mean these just all smell amazing, and the gorgeous jars don't hurt either.  You can used them as decor after the wax is melted and long gone.

Creme Brulle Butter Gloss. $8.99

I'm always a nude-neutral lip kind of girl since I'm always applying quickly and on the go. This gloss has been blogged and raved about by many but I finally bought it a few months back and I'm on my third tube.   It is so soft, not sticky at all and is the perfect pop of a blush pink.

GIRL, WASH YOUR FACE BY RACHEL HOLLIS

Girls, this book is life changing.  Rachel is a super inspirational mom of 4, wife and boss lady/entrepreneur.  Please, please read this! I wish I could buy everyone I know a copy.

I did not want to put this book down yet simultaneously did not want to finish it.   I swear I have been and will talk about this book and her message with anyone who wants to listen but be warned, I may cry.  Rachel is amazing to follow on Instagram, she posts inspirational messages throughout the week straight from the heart.  She comes from humble beginnings and now is a published author, successful blogger and runs a media company.  Her words are beautiful and shared in a way that escapes most writers.  I know she will leave no soul untouched.

xoxo

Christina
