It’s finally here! One of my favorite shows meets my favorite store. Chip & Jojo released their Hearth and Hand line for Target today! Fall is my FAVORITE! It's my birthday season, Halloween, Thanksgiving..what is not to love?  I like most NJ peeps, love the crisp air, apple picking, hayrides, boot wearing, and pumpkin spice flavored everything...you get the picture!
