I look forward every single July to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I hate to pay full price but do believe in good quality so this is my happy place. The SALE is live now to all Nordstrom Card members now and things are selling out. The SALE is open to the public in just a few short days... JULY 20. Below I shared some of my favorite items. I only share things I have bought or would buy. I'm a mom of three and love to keep it comfy, simple but still somewhat stylish.

I LIVE in these Zella leggings. These wear and wash like no other and make me look about two sizes smaller than I am. Yes, please!
I have this in Burgundy from last season and it's abnormally soft and a must have. It does run small so size up.
This jacket is a forever piece and an investment but it's gorgeous. It's on my "want" list.
I love these booties they're great for dressing up an otherwise super casual outfit and are under $80 during this SALE.
